McPherson & Crist is one of the Bay Areas premier home builders. The company was founded by the two proprietors, Stuart McPherson and James Crist in 1997. Mr. McPherson began his Real Estate career in 1984 with the ownership of commercial properties. He has continued in the business as an investor, lender & developer of fine residential properties. James Crist has long been one of the area’s top builders and developers. Mr. Crist & Mr. McPherson partnered in 1997 buying and developing their first project together.
