morgan lashley A long time resident of Old Palo Alto, and one of the top real estate brokers in the country, Morgan Lashley's expertise is Peninsula residential and commercial properties. Morgan has been involved in the sale and/or development of many of the mid Peninsula's signature estates and commercial properties. Many of his transactions are private and are never known to the public. He is frequently cited in leading news publications for his opinions on Silicon Valley real estate. Morgan holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in Finance, Electronic Commerce, and Entrepreneurship, with Beta Gamma Sigma Honors from the Leavey School at Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina. Morgan holds a California Real Estate Broker's License, the highest form of licensure in the state of California. Morgan has worked in North America, Italy, France, Germany, and Belgium. Morgan's client list consists of some of the most successful real estate developers, entrepreneurs, executives, venture capitalists, attorneys, and physicians in Silicon Valley. Morgan was an associate director at TEN, a NASA funded incubator/venture capital group that produced such companies as eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) and Xros (acquired by Nortel for $3.25 billion). While at TEN, he developed the Wilson Sonsini-Harvard Business School Springboard program for new ventures, the first think tank venture forum in Silicon Valley. Morgan founded and served as President and CEO of PCB Link Corporation, a printed circuit board computer aided design and supply-chain management software company that was funded and subsequently acquired by a private investment group. Morgan was a member of the founding team at SpinCircuit, an electronics supply-chain management software company that was acquired by Cadence Design Systems (NYSE: CDN). Morgan is currently the lead investor and chairman of The Sign Store, a North Carolina based sign making franchise, and Wraps Ink, a South Carolina thermal graphics and printing company. Morgan leverages his unique academic and professional background in bringing the highest level of business acumen and professionalism to high value, complex real estate issues and negotiations.
