ron van seventer
After performing key roles for several years in local real estate investment and development, Ron has joined the Morgan Lashley Group to represent buyers and sellers of Palo Alto area homes. Having lived for over 40 years in Palo Alto, and with his many community ties, he brings a wealth of local knowledge to his practice. Ron has a growing track record of successful projects involving property acquisition, finance, development and sale. With his extensive experience in business, finance and real estate, Ron has established a growing private lending and investment business on the midpeninsula. He has built successful working relationships with builder/developers, architects, city planners and investors. He currently represents multiple equity partners and development interests in residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects. Ron has an undergraduate degree from DePauw University and performed graduate studies at Stanford University. Ron has held senior technical, managerial, and consulting positions in Silicon Valley firms for over 30 years. Ron resides with his wife and two children in Palo Alto. |
